To risk, or not to risk: the return to play dilemma - Prof. Roald Bahr

Prof. Roald Bahr is a world-renowned name in Sports Medicine. He is a member of the IOC medical committee and a Professor in Sports Medicine. He acts as the Head of the Aspetar Sports Injury & Illness Prevention Programme and also Chair of the Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center at the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences. Prof. Bahr’s main research area is the prevention of injury and illness in athletes, and has published more than 200 papers and book chapters. He was speaking at the IOC Advanced Team Physician Course in Doha, Qatar when BJSM caught up with him.
